Job Description:

Principal duties:

We are looking to employ a persuasive Advertising Sales Representative to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services. The Advertising Sales Representative’s responsibilities include identifying client’s need, researching competitor’s advertising services, products, and prices, and responding to potential client’s inquiries. You should also be able to provide client with cost and estimates of the products or services required.

To be successful as an Advertising Sales Representative, you should demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients. Ultimately, an outstanding Advertising Sales Representative should achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales quota.

Responsibilities:

Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing potential clients.

Own Conveyance is must.

Conducting research on potential client’s product or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers.

Setting up meetings with potential client to present advertising proposals and address their concerns.

Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.

Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.

Persuading clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.

Providing recommendations on suitable formats, advertising mediums, and font sizes.

Preparing same advertisements for client.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 Years

Education:

Graduate from recognized university.

Job Description:

Principal duties:

Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, art director, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development and executions of deliverables.

Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.

Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, miniating strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.

Review and approve art developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.

Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the messaging platform to overseeing production on time and budget.

Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.

Proven experience with taking projects from concepts to completion.

Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.

Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping.

Experience with software such as photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Video editing is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 Years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate setting.

Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction.

Education:

Master degree in Visual Arts, Design, Communications.
