Mathrubhumi is a Malayalam language newspaper in Kerala. It was founded in 1923 by P. V. Chandran who was a part of India’s freedom Struggle against British Colonial rule. As the Mathrubhumi translates to ‘motherland’ the newspaper offers extensive news related to the State and the newspaper is currently owned by The Mathrubhumi Printing and Publishing Company Ltd. The paper is printed from various centres in Kerala Kottayam, Malappuram, Palakkad etc and from Outside Kerala centres such as Bangalore, Delhi and a few others.

Mangalam:

Mangalam is Malayalam language daily newspaper published from Kottayam by Mangalam Publications (India) Private Limited. The newspaper company was originally founded in 1969 by M. C. Verghese and it was started as a monthly journal and in later years it became a weekly magazine and after that converted into the full newspaper.

The Pioneer:

The Pioneer is a daily newspaper published in the English language from various states in India. Pioneer is the second oldest newspaper still in circulation after Times of India. It was founded in 1865 by an Englishman George Allen. The newspaper is widely read in the state of Telangana and various other places in India including Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh etc.

Deccan Herald:

Deccan Herald is a daily newspaper in English language published from Karnataka. The newspaper was founded by K. N. Guruswamy in 1948 and is currently owned by The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited. The newspaper is printed from 7 Centres in Karnataka and has a good readership in the same area.

Deccan Chronicle:

Deccan Chronicle is a daily newspaper in the English language published from Hyderabad and the newspaper icurrently under the ownership of  Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited. The newspaper daily releases it's 8 editions within the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and two editions outside the state from Chennai and Bengaluru. The newspaper was founded in 1938 and ever since has been covering news for the state.

Madhyamam:

Madhyamam is a Malayalam language newspaper which is published daily from Kerala and is famous for being the first International newspaper from India. The newspaper has seven editions in India and 9 editions in the Middle East. The newspaper was founded in1987 and in a very short span of time has received many awards for the path breaking work by the team including Ramnath Goenka Award

Deepika:

Deepika is the oldest circulated Malayalam language newspaper in Kerala and it was started in 1867 and has embarked its 125 years in 2012. The newspaper also launched an evening edition in 1992 called Rashtra Deepika. The newspaper has in total 6 editions all in Kerala.

Vijaya Karnataka:

Vijaya Karnataka is a daily newspaper in Kannada language which is published from multiple cities in Karnataka. The newspaper was started in 1999 and is owned by The Times Group. The newspaper has several editions from different cities in Karnataka including Mangalore, Banglore, Hubballi, Hassan etc.

Bangalore Mirror:

Bangalore Mirror is an English language newspaper published Daily from Karnataka. Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. owns and runs the newspaper. The newspaper was founded in 2003 and was relaunched in 2007 with a compact version.

Andhra Bhoomi (ఆంధ్ర భూమి):

Andhra Bhoomi is a daily newspaper in Telugu language and the newspaper circulates in the whole of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The newspaper has various editions printed in Hyderabad, Anantapur, Visakhapatnam etc. The newspaper was launched in 1960 and is owned by Deccan Chronicle.

Deshabhimani:

Deshabhimani is a Malayalam language newspaper founded in 1942 by the  Communist Party of India (Marxist) and originally it was a weekly Newspaper but in 1946 it was converted into a daily newspaper. The paper is now published from 10 different centres in the state.

Hans India:

Hans India is an English Language newspaper from Hyderabad, Telangana. The newspaper was founded in 2011 and is owned by Hyderabad Media House Ltd. Apart from the two states the newspaper also has a Delhi edition.

Andhra Jyothi (ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతి):

Andhra Jyothi is a daily newspaper published in Telugu language from states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The newspaper is the third largest newspaper in terms of circulation and is known for its socio-political coverage in the state.

Kannada Prabha:

Kannada Prabha is a daily newspaper published from Karnataka. The Newspaper was founded in 1967 with only one edition and today it publishes 5 different editions from various centres across the state. The newspaper has also been awarded with Karnataka Media Academy Awards.
